Koozie Ordering Process

What happens when you click that little Order Now button and send your order off into the netherland?

Great question. Not in exact order, but a lot of things do happen.

  • A copy of the details of your order is automatically sent to you. This is also your receipt as we do not send a receipt with your order.
  • A copy of your order is sent to our art and production department. (Your koozies are reserved)
  • A copy of your order is sent to our accounting department. (We won't start until paid).
  • Our art department will get into action (in about 2 -3 days) to create a proof for your order.
  • We will email you that proof for you to approve before we actually print.
  • Once we have approved your artwork, we put your order in the production que.
  • We print your Koozies!!!
  • Your koozies are lovingly packed and shipped to their destination.
  • Your koozies spend a lifetime, happily keeping drinks cool and doing their job.
